Champorado Recipe or Chocolate Rice Porridge Champorado or Chocolate Rice Porridge is a rice pudding consists with pure chocolate or known as tablea. I like to have champorado for breakfast, or for afternoon snack. Champorado is best during on rainy days also and was my childhood favorite. It's usually accompanied with tuyo (dried salted fish) and evaporated milk. I had last night and made a new one this afternoon. Cause it rained so hard when I wake up, and my champorado craving continues. I prepared this recipe using pure chocolate or we called as tablea and the glutinous rice.
